We are currently looking for an SAP MES Project Manager to support an end client with their SAP and MES roll-out project.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Hybrid – Remote with flexibility to be onsite near Shanghai, China (travel expenses will be covered)

Languages: English speaking

Role/Responsibilities

Proven experience in Project Management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
SAP and MES expertise is essential; candidate must have hands-on experience implementing and managing SAP MES solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels. Strong empathy and collaboration capabilities are required.
Experience working in multicultural and geographically diverse teams, including EU, India, and China.
Solid background in manufacturing processes and operations, with a deep understanding of production workflows.
Ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, and Implementation Planning.
