Job Description

We are currently looking for an SAP MES Project Manager to support an end client with their SAP and MES roll-out project.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Hybrid – Remote with flexibility to be onsite near Shanghai, China (travel expenses will be covered)

Languages: English speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

• Proven experience in Project Management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• SAP and MES expertise is essential; candidate must have hands-on experience implementing and managing SAP MES solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels. Strong empathy and collaboration capabilities are required.
• Experience working in multicultural and geographically diverse teams, including EU, India, and China.
• Solid background in manufacturing processes and operations, with a deep understanding of production workflows.
• Ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, and Implementation Planning.
