Job Description

We are currently looking for an HR Dutch Payroll Consultant to join a project with a global client of ours.

 

Start: May 2026

Duration: 6 month initial contract plus possible extensions

Location: Remote

Languages: English and Dutch speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

 

Role/Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Dutch payroll processes, including payroll closing, salary validation, and other monthly processing activities
  • Administer payroll operations using eBlox (mandatory), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Prepare and deliver payroll-related outputs such as reports, certificates, and insurance declarations
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all payroll activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support payroll-related queries
  • Collaborate within the HR/payroll team to maintain high service quality and drive continuous improvement
