Job Description

We are currently supporting a global partner of ours in their search for an SAP SF EC Support Consultant to be involved in Level 1 & 2 tasks.

 

Start: July 2025

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months

Language: English Speaking

 

Role/Responsibilities;

  • Previous expertise in delivering level 1 & 2 support within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Managing daily support tickets efficiently.
  • Overseeing ticket resourcing and allocation.
  • Client System Access Management.
  • Facilitating ticket escalations in partnership with the HR Head of Support.
  • Conducting client review calls.
  • Strong communication skills.
