We are currently supporting a global partner of ours in their search for an SAP SF EC Support Consultant to be involved in Level 1 & 2 tasks.
Start: July 2025
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Language: English Speaking
Role/Responsibilities;
- Previous expertise in delivering level 1 & 2 support within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Managing daily support tickets efficiently.
- Overseeing ticket resourcing and allocation.
- Client System Access Management.
- Facilitating ticket escalations in partnership with the HR Head of Support.
- Conducting client review calls.
- Strong communication skills.
