We are currently looking for an SAP Payroll Configuration Expert for Slovakia to join a project with a global client of ours.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Month Initial Contract with possible extensions
Location: Remote
Languages: English
Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll for Slovakia.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Payroll solutions.
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, and payroll processes.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Execute payroll simulations, parallel runs, UAT, SIT, and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with Slovak payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll-related integrations with HR, Time Management, and Finance systems.
