We are urgently searching for an SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management Consultant to support a global client of ours.
Start: November 2024
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Languages: English and Spanish fluent
Role/Responsibilities;
- Proven experience for EC Time Management implementation. At least 3 years experience in full cycle projects.
- Employee Central configuration for the Spanish and Portuguese localisation from a global template design.
- At least 1 full cycle project for EC Time Tracking (from gathering requirements till go-live and hypercare phase).
- Experience in other SuccessFactors functionalities and integration with payroll.
- Fluent Spanish language skills and Portuguese would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills.
