We are currently supporting our global end-client in their search for a SAP QM Subject Matter Expert (SME). 

Start Date: September 2026

Duration: 12 months + possible extensions
Location: 80% Remote/20% onsite in the Shanghai area
Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a global S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and rollout of SAP Quality Management solutions, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA global rollout projects.
• Strong background working on large-scale global transformation programmes.
• Experience integrating SAP QM with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience with Hydra MES would be highly advantageous.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience within Metal, Automotive, or FMCG sectors.
• Solid understanding of SAP Fiori, including the ability to identify, activate, and configure relevant Fiori applications.
• Experience with SAP QM data migration, including:
  • Quality Notifications
  • Quality Inspections
  • Quality Certificates/Certifications
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
