Job Description

We are currently looking for an SAP Integration Delivery Manager to join a S/4HANA greenfield implementation with an end client of ours.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month contract plus possible extensions

Location: Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite in Barcelona and 1 day per week remote

Role/Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration delivery roadmap across all workstreams, aligning with overall S/4HANA programme milestones and go-live dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams — SAP Functional Architects, SAP Technical Architects, Integration Developers, Salesforce Architects, external partners, and Business Process Owners — ensuring integration dependencies are identified, tracked, and resolved.
• Manage the integration backlog, sprint planning, and prioritisation in close collaboration with the programme manager and workstream leads.
• Proven experience (5+ years) managing and coordinating integration workstreams within large-scale SAP ERP transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional and cross-vendor teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, complex programme environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh) and Informatica sufficient to understand scope, review delivery artefacts, and engage credibly with technical architects and developers — deep hands-on development skills are not required.
• Solid understanding of common integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDOC, EDI,) at a conceptual and coordination level
• Ability to read, challenge, and validate interface design documents, test plans, and delivery artefacts produced by technical teams.
• Experience coordinating integrations across a diverse ecosystem including CRM, MES, B2G/EDI, Finance, e-commerce, and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to engage effectively with technical architects, developers, external partners, and senior business leadership.
• Proven ability to manage delivery plans, track integration dependencies, and drive issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with SAP MDG and master data flows in a multi-system landscape.
