We are currently looking for a part time SAP HCM PY German consultant to join a project with a global client of ours.

Start: May 2026

Duration: 3 Month Initial Contract

Location: Remote

Languages: English and German speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Utilisation: 30 hours per week

Role/Responsibilities

• Provide deep functional expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) with a strong focus on the German public sector (TVöD).
• Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures and functional specifications.
• Produce accurate effort estimations and contribute to project planning activities.
• Contribute to the preparation and refinement of Statements of Work (SoW) and project deliverables.
