We are currently looking for an SAP HR payroll consultant in Costa Rica to join a project with a global client of ours.

Start: April 2026

Duration: 12 month initial contract with long term extensions likely

Location: Remote

Languages: English and Spanish speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Costa Rican SAP Payroll processes and configuration.
• Support end-to-end Costa Rican payroll implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver payroll solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Costa Rican payroll regulations.
• Configure and maintain Schemas and Rules.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
