We are currently looking for an SAP FI Consultant to join a brownfield from ECC to S/4HANA with a global end client of ours.

Start: May 2026

Duration: 7 month initial contract with long term extensions likely

Location: Remote

Languages: English speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

• Support the Finance workstream during an SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversion.
• Analyse S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) impacts, including simplification items and required changes.
• Assist with finance data readiness, reconciliation, and validation (balances, open items, controlling objects).
• Contribute to design decisions and configuration updates required for S/4HANA Finance.
• Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and help resolve defects.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and ECC to S/4HANA conversions.
• Knowledge of key S/4HANA Finance components such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, parallel ledgers, and finance data migration.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and experience working in complex SAP environments with multiple vendors.
