Job Description

We are currently looking for an SAP FICO Consultant to support a client of ours in Belgium.

Start: 1st April 2026

Duration: 9-month initial contract

Location: Hybrid – remote with 2 days onsite in Brussels

Languages: English speaking required. Dutch, French and German are beneficial.

Role/Responsibilities

• 5+ years foundational knowledge with the SAP FI/CO Modules: GL, AP, AR, AA
• Knowledge of Financial Processes: Period-end closing, invoice processing, asset lifecycle, payment processes, intercompany flows
• Proven experience with Project Work: Requirement gathering, conducting workshops, writing functional specifications, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live & hyper-care support
• Integration Experience: SAP MM, SD, and interfaces with non-SAP systems
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of tables, basic debugging, data migration (LSMW/BAPIs), Interfacing technologies (API management, Idoc, …)
• Experience with following technologies is treated as a plus: Ariba, VIM, SAP Business Partners, SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Edition, SAP HCM, SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud Edition, Fiori, SAP BI
• You should have good understanding of functional/technical flows between SAP Financials and SAP SD, MM and PS.
• Good functional understanding of financial reporting (operational – management reporting to executive reporting)
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across finance business key-users and IT
