We are currently searching for an SAP FPSL Consultant to join a project with a client of ours in Germany.

Start: January 2026

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Hybrid – remote with some onsite in Frankfurt (expenses covered)

Languages: English and German speaking

Type: Hybrid – Remote / Helsinki

Role/Responsibilities

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Lead SAP FPSL implementation or enhancement projects in banking and financial services.
• Design end-to-end FPSL solutions for financial and regulatory reporting, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and data governance.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, controlling, and IT teams to gather requirements and align solutions.
• Bring 10+ years’ experience in banking/financial services, with 3–5 years hands-on SAP FPSL expertise.
• Experienced with SAP Bank Analyzer, AFI/Smart AFI, and integration with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, FSDM, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including BCBS 239, Basel III, and local bank compliance requirements.
• Apply project management skills using agile and traditional methodologies to deliver complex projects.
• Lead workshops, develop solution concepts, and provide analytical problem-solving for technical and business challenges.
