We are currently looking for a Test Manager to join a project with a client of ours in the US.

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Remote working

Languages: English speaking

Role/Requirements

• Proven experience in Test Management, with a strong track record of leading testing initiatives.
• Must have experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation and execution.
• Design, document, and maintain comprehensive functional and regression test plans.
• Proficient in using tools such as HP ALM and UFT for test management, alongside Tricentis Tosca for automation.
• Contribute to the test governance strategy, including oversight of weekly regression test execution.
• Participate in planning and implementing regression testing upgrades.
• Drive initiatives to expand test coverage and increase automation adoption.
• Coordinate testing activities, conduct test maturity assessments, and ensure timely communication of deliverables.
